Week 25: Construction isn't for me (Hastings)

Felt like a quick week which is always the best! Hard to remember everything that happened since it went by so quick...

Last preparation day was spent on the beach again. We're enjoying the beautiful weather while it lasts and while I'm in a seaside town. It was a beautiful day. We played some beach volleyball which you know I was loving. It was a party of a day.

I played squash this week with an investigator which was a blast. It was so much fun. It's basically the same as Racquet ball and I'm playing again this week! The man we play with has been playing for years and wasn't too happy when we were beating him on our first time...beginners luck ;)

We had exchange with our zone leaders Thursday and Friday in Croydon...the stab capital of England it was so chuffing hot and muggy, but it was still a party. We almost got kicked out of the library while teach this man because his partner and him were fighting and she stormed our dropping f bombs and yelling so loud, so that was quite the awesome experience. Gotta love it

I literally did a construction job Saturday. We were helping a member out with remodeling his home and I was using a jackhammer the whole day breaking up concrete. Let's just say I could feel all that vibrating the next morning... I can still feel it today as well. At least now I know I don't want to go down that career path!

Elder Tollestrup emailed me today and he just became a zone leader in the Birmingham mission which is legit so shout out to him! He's a beast. We find out our moves next Sunday night so next p day will be very interesting to the say the least!

The blitz is over and I'm sad to see it go, but it was fun while it lasted. Have so much love for the book of Mormon and know it to be the word of God. Stay tuned for what's next!
Love you all so much and thanks for being awesome. Keep it class San Diego

With love,
Elder Hruby
